Day 15: You’ve lasted OVER TWO WEEKS! How does that feel?
Um, kinda shitty seeing as I’ve binged a few times in that time span (just being honest). But I have found myself binging a little less or trying to make healthier decisions. And I have avoided a few binges by virtue of this challenge. I think it’s actually been more like 10 days binge free so maybe I’ll have to tack on an extra 5 days at the end.
