My journey getting FIT and HEALTHY by doing things the right way...Hard work, healthy food, and a good mindset

Oatmeal Pancakes

This is one of my favorite post-workout recipes. It’s full of good healthy things to help your body recover.

The Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of dry oats
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 1 banana
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

The Recipe: Mix up the egg and water with the oats and let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes (I do it overnight). When you’re ready to make your pancakes, mash up the banana and mix it in with however much cinnamon you like. You can add a little more water to thin out the batter if necessary. Spoon some batter on to your preheated skillet and let them cook. Top with your peanut butter. Viola! Delicious, healthy pancakes.
