Continuing on with the challenge of yoga every day this week, I did a relaxing evening sequence tonight. I wasn’t feeling all that well but one thing I love about yoga is that there is a practice for every mood. If I want to be moving fast I can really get into a vinyasa flow. Other times I want to build strength and test my limits staying in poses. And then there are nights like tonight where I just need something to relax and quiet my mind. Yoga for the win.
