Day 32: Do you strength train/lift weights at all? (YOU SHOULD!)

I do! I don’t have access to a gym or even free weights where I’m living right now so I’ve been using the body weight exercises from Mark Lauren’s “You Are Your Own Gym”. I’m definitely seeing improvements in my strength and it feels AWESOME.
